High Desert Fencing Alliance
High Desert Fencing Alliance was created in March of 2005 in
an effort to further fencing education in Reno, NV.  Since its
creation, HDFA has introduced hundreds of people to the sport
and has founded a competitive program at the Reno Silver
Blades Fencing Academy.  HDFA students are competing at the
regional and national levels, with goals set for international
competition.  HDFA runs classes for many institutions and
organizations around Reno, including Washoe County School
District and UNR.  We are looking forward to building more
classes, introducing fencing to more people and pursuing high
competitive goals.
